Our heavy duty I-Beam constructed chassis is designed to meet the rugged requirements of both the sand & gravel and mining industries. 

This chassis is highly customizable to meet our customers needs and choice of cone manufacturer. We use heavy duty Triple Track Hub Piloted Axles, 11.00 x 22.5 bias ply tires, heavy duty brakes and a Hutch Leaf Spring Suspension. Our chassis features a raised viewing platform with catwalks and railings on all four sides. We equip our chassis with tail lights/mud flaps and hydraulic legs, power panels and custom feed baskets are available.

Toshiba, Weg, or U.S Motors 400 hp 1800 RPM Motor
Power Packer Stiff Legs (12 Volt) or Honda Power

The DEMI Pugmill or “Pug Mill” is designed with Twin Spiral Mixer Shafts that provide superior material blending and high production rates. The Spiral Mixer Shafts incorporate AR 500 Paddle tips, that are rotatable 180° to equalize wear. 

Our Pugmills Anti-Surging characteristics result in properly blended material moving through the unit, efficiently and effectively, increasing production. Dakota’s Pugmill is a tough and time tested design, built to be a dependable mixer that achieves a consistent product at a low operating cost. Our pugmills can be used in a variety of job applications in the construction and other industries. From stabilized base mixing for roads, lime addition at asphalt plants, cold emulsified asphalt mixing (Cold Mix) to Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) and Flowable backfill.

The Portable Rip Rap Plant is a Heavy duty, high production material scalping unit that is simplistically designed to separate various sizes of material from 0 to 48”.

DEMI offers a larger screening area and up to 30% more capacity than many other manufacturers, to prevent rocks from stacking up. This rip rap design allows the space necessary to stratify the material in order to screen it efficiently and operate at maximum capacity. Smaller rocks separate easily, so you can run at higher speeds to produce the 4″-12″ rip rap you need.
